What does delivery cost and how long does it take?
Free shipping on orders of ₹3,999 and above; a flat ₹149 applies below that. So orders of ₹3,999 and above ship free. We pack in 1 to 3 business days and freight runs 5 to 12 business days, which means 6 to 15 business days in total. Every consignment is tracked and the number reaches you by email and SMS.
How can I pay?
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery. We do not take credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal, and we do not offer EMI or part payment.
Can I return a chair if it is not comfortable?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery — provided it has not been used outdoors and is refolded in its original carton. That is why we ask you to keep the box until you are sure. Full conditions are on our Refund and Returns Policy.
What if it arrives bent or torn?
Film the unboxing before you cut the tape and write to us within 48 hours with the video. We replace the part or the whole chair, or refund it, and we arrange and pay the pickup. There is no six-month or manufacturer warranty on this seating — what we give instead is that immediate replacement window on transit damage and on faults found at delivery.
How much weight will it take?
Every listing states the tested weight rating for that model, and we would rather you bought a size up than tested the limit. Ratings apply with the frame locked fully open on firm level ground; they do not apply to standing on the seat or rocking a fixed-frame chair.
Will it survive a coastal balcony?
Powder-coated steel and textilene handle sun and rain well, but salt air is harder on hardware than on fabric. Rinse the frame with fresh water every few weeks, dry the hinges, and fold the chair away during heavy monsoon spells. A cheap cover doubles the life of the pivot points.
How do I clean the fabric?
Warm water, mild soap and a soft brush, worked along the weave rather than across it. Never use bleach or a pressure washer — bleach breaks the coating on the yarn and pressure forces water into the frame tubes. Let it dry fully open, out of direct sun.
