Which chair should I pick for a small balcony?
Send us the clear floor depth and we will tell you honestly which models fold flat enough to live there. Every listing carries the open and folded dimensions; the folded depth is usually the number that decides it.
How much weight will it take?
The rating on each listing is one we tested in-house, with the frame locked fully open on level ground. If you are close to the number, buy a size up — a rating is a limit, not a target.
How long does delivery take and can I pick a day?
Packing takes a few working days and bulky freight adds a week or more depending on your PIN code. The carrier desk phones you to agree a slot before the vehicle sets out, so you are not waiting in all day.
How do I pay?
UPI in advance, or Cash on Delivery paid to the crew. We do not accept credit cards, debit cards, net banking or PayPal, and we do not offer EMI.
What do I do if the carton looks damaged on arrival?
Film it before the tape is cut, note the damage on the delivery sheet before signing, and write to us within 48 hours with the video. We replace or refund it and arrange the pickup at our cost.
When will you reply?
Within working hours we usually answer the same day. Anything sent overnight is picked up the following morning.
