When tracking goes live
A tracking number is emailed and texted to you as soon as the carrier scans your consignment into the network. It can take a few hours to become active on the carrier’s own page after that — an unrecognised number on the first evening is normal and not a lost parcel.
How long the journey takes
Once collected, freight runs 5 to 12 business days, with metro destinations at the shorter end. Counting packing and freight together, allow 6 to 15 business days from the moment you order. The carrier desk calls to agree a slot before the vehicle sets out on the final leg.
If tracking has stalled
Bulky consignments sometimes sit a day at a transfer hub without a scan. If nothing has moved for two working days past the estimate, send your order number to studio@vellaroparade.shop and we will raise it with the carrier ourselves rather than ask you to.
